A La Carte Event Pavilion – Eric and Julia’s Wedding

Eric and Julia were recently married at the A La Carte Event Pavilion. While we mostly feature Bride and Groom pics in our posts, we thought we’d also pay kudos to the A La Carte staff for their attention to detail in making the venue itself such a great place to shoot. So here are a few shots including things like bouquets, bows, cakes, candles, dangling crystals and tastefully draped tulle. Of course, we can’t forget the Bride and Groom, so we’ve included a couple of them as well.

Of course I can always count on Eric V for the nighttime exterior shot of the A La Carte.

Sandpearl Resort Wedding – Kylie and Pete

Kylie and Pete were married at the Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater, FL. This venue always offers so many photographic opportunities. I (Eric) was second-shooting for Kevin, so these only represent a portion of the final image set provided by Tampa Photo.

This couch is actually what we moved out of the picture. Kylie rested against it while Kevin set up his next shot and everything came together.

Kylie’s mom and sister react to the couple’s “first look.” Obviously, the primary shooter is going to focus on the couple’s reactions, but having two shooters allows one to sneak off and cover the side stories.

Before the ceremony ended I was able to run upstairs for a wide view of the Sandpearl property, while Kevin shot the sand ceremony.

We sneaked the couple outside just in time for sunset. We kept shooting for a bit and got the sky to really come out.

Look at that! Beach sunset shots without even having to touch the sand. Gotta love the Sandpearl Beach Resort.

Congratulations to Kylie and Pete! You guys made great models and you make a wonderful couple. Good luck and thanks for having Tampa Photo cover your wedding at the Sandpearl.

Amanda and Andrew’s "First Look" at the Sandpearl Resort Clearwater

Amanda and Andrew’s “First Look”, on the day of their Sandpearl Resort Wedding, unfolded with a light-hearted honesty that everyone loved being a part of. We brought the couple and their Wedding party together inside the Sandpearl Resort for the series of shots below. (We always encourage our couples to do this “First Look” as it’s a wonderful moment to share whether it be with friends and family or a private moment.)

Lauren and D.J. – Renaissance Vinoy Resort Wedding

Al and I (Kevin) watched another photographer walk right past these excellent locations at the Renaissance Vinoy Resort in St. Pete. Whatever, all the better for us to get these great shots at the Vinoy. Later, after the ceremony in the Vinoy Tea Garden, we took a few more shots of Lauren and D.J. in the garden before heading for the reception at the Vinoy Sunset Ballroom on Snell Isle. Andrew and Amanda – Sandpearl Resort Wedding

We always take advantage of the beautiful surroundings, inside and out, whether we’re shooting beach Weddings, Gulf Lawn or Pool Lawn Weddings at the Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater Beach. What more could you ask for? How about a gorgeous Bride, a man in uniform, and a beach-side Wedding at the Sandpearl Beach Resort in Clearwater, Florida. Sandpearl Resort Weddings – Stephanie & Dustin

Our favorite Wedding Venue is the Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater Beach, FL. We never run out of locations to shoot at and always get some amazing shots.

Here are just a few teaser images from Stephanie and Dustin’s April Wedding. Check out the gorgeous bridesmaids “working it” and the groomsmen clowning around. Eric got some great “behind the scenes” shots, as well as a one-armed handstand by the groom! A larger gallery is below the images and the Wedding Album will come soon!

Steve and Monika – Don Cesar Wedding

I have a quirky sense of humor with a dry delivery that serves me well in cracking the ice with nervous couples and Wedding parties. There was, however, no ice to be cracked with Steve and Monika at their Don CeSar Beach Resort Wedding. Their Wedding party was stoked for fun and Steve and Monika were at the helm. I quickly discovered, as we started shooting at the Don CeSar, that Monika and her Bridesmaids were as kooky as they were attractive, and they proved it as they went from haute models to “showgirls” with every other shot.

The Groom, Steve, who works for the Tampa Bay Rays, took my prompting with ease and his Groomsmen followed suit, sliding from Reservoir Dogs to flying dogs in a beat.

As we took the Photo Shoot on the road, to Tropicana Field/Rays Stadium where Steve works, the Flying Dog show began in earnest.

Of course the girls would not be outdone and did their own share of flying and… cheering, I think, at Rays Stadium.

Then back to the Don CeSar to wrap the shoot with Monika and Steve before their intros into the reception.

As the sun began setting I caught a few poignant moments with the couple, punctuated, of course, with a fake “toss-Monika-over-the-edge” by Steve.

Great day, great Wedding at the Don CeSar Beach Resort – I’d shoot it all over again, any time.
